This different approach has advantages for Bruce, he gets personal contact with his tenants from the get go and it saves him the management fees for a Dubbo real estate agent to manage the rental payments and rental agreements. Bruce has his Personal Assistant Megan do this as part of her role of managing Bruce’s Dubbo property portfolio.
